Death of Mrs. T. P. Potter
Died, on February 1, 1908, at her home two miles northwest of Clifton City, Mrs. T. P. Potter, in her 60th year, leaving to mourn her death a husband; one daughter, Mrs. Logan C. Thomas, of Sedalia; two sons, R. A. Potter of Sedalia, and J. M. Potter, who lives at the old home place.
Mrs. Potter's maiden name was Wear. She was a half-sister of G. N. Wear of Prairie Home, and Mrs. H. T. Rochester of Olathe, Kansas. Mrs. Potter was a devoted member of the Providence Baptist Church of Pettis County. Her life was spent in doing good and trying to make others comfortable and happy. Always forgetful of self, she will be missed as a wife, mother, and neighbor, and by her church. But we bow in submission to our Father's will.
