Know all men by these present, that I, CHARLES BENBROOK, one of the heirs at law of STEPHEN BENBOOK, deceased, do hereby acknowledge that I have recieved from THOMAS HARDY, RALPH DAVENPORT and JOHN M. MANN, commissioners appointed to sell the real estate of STEPHEN BENBROOK, deceased. The sum of three hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents in full for my distrubutive share of the proceeds of the sale of said real estate according to the report of said Commissioners and their account filed in the office fo the surrogate of the county of Somerset: And I do hereby release and discharge the said Commissioners from any further lilability or accountablity to me on account of said sales. Witness my hand and seal this sixth day of June eighteen hundred and forty eight. CHARLES BENBROOK
