Know al men by these present, that I, THOMAS ISAACS, and SARAH, his wife, the said Sarah being one fo the heirs at law of STEPHEN BENBROOK, dec'd. do hereby acknowledge that we have recieved from THOMAS HARDY, RALPH DAVENPORT and JOHN M. MANN, Commissioners appointed to sell the real estate of the said STEPHEN BENBROOK, dec'd. the sum of three hundred and eighty dollars and sixty cents in full of the distribution share of the said SARAH in the proceeds of the sale of said real estate according to the report of the said Commisioners and their account filed in the Surrogates office of the county of Somerset May term 1848: and I do here by releasee and discharge the said Commissioners from any further liability or accountability to us on account fo sales: THOMAS ISAACS (x mark) --- SARAH ANN ISAACS (x mark) Wittness our hands and seals this sixth day of June Eighteen Hundred and forty eight.
